Let's face it! Stress is a part of all of our lives. Many things can stress people out. In a comment below, please type one thing stresses you out. This could be work, school, your family, or something else.

My example:
Traffic really stresses me out. I work almost everyday and I do a lot of traveling. Sometimes traffic makes me late for work, or late for something important. I hate sitting in traffic and I get very stressed out while driving my car. In order to avoid becoming stressed out, I often listen to dance music while I drive. Sometimes this helps me to relax, but not always. Also, when my car is clean I tend to be less stressed while I drive.
I dont like traffic also.. and Iam doing the same while I driving... Good music always help :0)
ReplyDeleteI agree :) Smoking helps me too, but that's not a healthy way to deal with stress. I think we are all looking for healthy ways to deal with stress :)
ReplyDeleteTraffic stressess me out also, especially when I supposed to be somewhere and I might be late. I also listen to muscic and I just try to think about something else.
ReplyDeleteWhat stresses me out really are big holidays, like Christmas for example. For some reason during the years I become the lucky person who cooks for 20 people, cleans before and after, and has those people for few days during the holydays, hanging around the house. I just hate this whole hustle. What I did this year in order to avoid the stress was: I called all of my friens and told them to bring some meal, each of them. I still did the cleaning, but it was less stressful than usually.
ReplyDeleteMy boss and co-worker are my problem and what cause me the most stress of all, not the job. Actually, it was the job that they leave it for me to do on my work day because they do nothing on their work day although they already knew what they have to do. I really do not like it. It is called selfish. I feel totally powerless to do anything when I saw what they leave it to me. In order to avoid becoming stressed out, I always let it go and do my job as good as I can because I don't want to waste my time to think about it. I love my job,but I just don't like their behavior. I always listen to the music from my cell phone while I work and my boss never complain about it, this is one thing that I like her.
ReplyDeletemy bigest stress is my brother. he would never complete his work and never let me to complete my work on time. because of this i would always go to my friends to complete my work.
