  1. I think that we have a many situations stresed us out... The best idea for dealing with stres is control it... and if you cant do this find the way to let it go...like a hobby... So instead beating your boyfriend becaouse he forget your anniversary- take him to the gym hihi :0)

  2. Like everobody I get angry sometimes. I rarely show my anger. I don't think screaming and being mean towards people solves problems.
Although sometimes I wish I was more outspoken and have the courage to tell mean people what I think about them.

  3. I found the perfect way (at least for me) to deal with my anger. Every time something or someone makes me angry I go to my sister and start yell at her. I become cynic and I explain out loud what happened, and why I have the right position and the rest of the world is wrong. She always listens and agrees with me, even when she believes it was all my fault. In 30 minutes when I calm down she talks to me reasonable and tells me what she really thinks of the situation and we find the best solution. And then we go shopping and I believe that this is the best therapy for me.

  5. I got angry a lot when I was a teenager. I always talk back right away. Now, I am grown up, if I get angry at someone now, I will count up to ten. Breathing is definitely the best thing I can do for my self when I feel angry. It’s helped a lot. I try to calm down before making a decision when I am angry because if I do something that causes a problem, it’s not worth it. I try to control my voice, explain how I feel without blaming the other person, listen to the other person’s side of the story and I always listen with an open mind. If I can not stand anymore, I will get away from the place of tension. That’s it.

  6. How I deal with my stress…
Let’s face it. There are many things that can stressed me out..
Depend of the day and situations I am in its can be less or more stressful situation..
    How I handle my stress??
Well its depends of situation. When it’s come to my family I try to find a common ground.
But if its comes to my privet life its completely different story…
I don’t believed in stories that there are some people that never get angry, in my opinion everybody gets angry sometimes, even if its less or more..
Generally I am trying to be calm when its comes to stressful situations, but sometimes I just can’t and then people around me can see that I get ticket…And isn’t pretty then
My trick for dealing with stress…?? I have couple but the best one is to have somebody on your side who understand you and help you find a resolution (like a friend) somebody you can always talk and do stuff you like –like go out dancing etc…
Another good idea for stress is to have a hobby that make you happy. Then when you doing it you fell good and stress go by by…
