Midterm Project- Everyone Read

This is your chance to tell me what YOU want to do for midterm project. Please write a comment below telling me what type of thing you'd like to work on. Do you want to do a PowerPoint presentation? Do you want to write an essay? Do you want to make a poster?

Also, what kind of topic would you like to work on? Something about geography? History? Favorite movies? Favorite foods?

The point of this post is to see what the majority of students want to do. Please, give me some interesting suggestions!

    I would like to write an essay, make a poster,maybe show some video from website for presentaion. The topis should be about travel, culture or history so, we can learn about different country or states and understand people from diffrent places more.I'm also interested in doing presentaion about movie, music, sport.

    It looks like a lot of people want to write essays. Remember, writing an essay means IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Copying from a website is NOT writing an essay. Keep thinking about what you want to work on. We will confirm the midterm project next week, so let's get specific about the topics. If you are having trouble, please see me!

    What I want to do for Midterm project is to write about a book which we are reading for Home Reading. We can also do a book discussion.

    Mogi, it's a good idea for you to write about your book, but that might be a better project for the final since you will have read more of the book by final exam than midterm exam. What do you think?
